What It Is

Painted Premiere is a poster studio: one photograph of you, your family or your pet becomes the poster of a film that was never made, in one of 72 original era styles, with your own title, billing, tagline and critics’ line set in the type that era used. It is one of the Painted.App studios, run by PaintedApp, LLC from 1327 SE Tacoma St #394, Portland, OR 97202.

Who Does The Work

OpenAI's image model paints the poster from your photograph while you watch, in about two minutes. The type is ours: every era has its own billing block, condensed faces and release line, set on our own servers as you type. Claid.ai enlarges a bought painting to print size. Prodigi prints paper and canvas; Printful prints garments; each ships from the print house nearest you.

A trailer starts from your finished painting. Kling, a video model run through Higgsfield, brings it to life; an OpenAI voice reads the line you wrote, or your own recording does. Nothing is filmed until you have read and approved the script.

What We Refuse

No real film, studio, actor or line is ever named or copied in anything we write. Nobody under eighteen goes on a poster. Nobody on the poster is the butt of the joke: the dog is lit like a star, and so is your grandmother. And we only print the painting you chose; the rest cost nothing.
